[amayausers] Re: question concerning refund

While she can only take you to small claims court for the $7, she might call
the BBB and give you other bad publicity on the street.

I'd give her the $7, maybe even the s/h, keep the shirt, and put her name on
a list of customers to not work for again / or to charge higher rates ;-)

I had one customer who ordered a work jacket from us, everyone was ordering
green or blue, he ordered purple. When he got the jacket (this was
mail-order - machine shop company that my b-I-l works for) he started
complaining about the jacket's color. The guys at work were giving him
grief about the color. When they found out he had ordered purple ("I
thought it would be more bluish/purple") They started giving him grief!!
Even in that case, I offered to do another jacket for him at 1/2 price
(would have covered the jacket costs) to let it be know at the company that
we were concerned about how people felt. He didn't take us up on the offer
:)

She's going to sue you for $7. Wow? I'd give her the shirt and shipping
just to make her go away...

:
: too late for that.. The item was not damaged..
: She did not like it...
: She changed her mind about the design at least 5 times before
: we stitched it out. She threatened law suit ..She just send
: me the shirt. It is easier with a customer like this to do the refund.
:
: so..She paid someone 7.00 for the shirt plus shipping. Do we
: include that shipping when we refund her? I need to know
: what I should do.
