[amayausers] question

I know I've asked this before and received a response that worked but cannot
find it now that I need it again. Here goes....
When I turned my machine on this a.m. and the needlecase started to move to the
home needle I heard a snapping sound. This has happened before and I think it
was recommended that I set each needle to home or something of that nature. Can
anyone help on this one? I promise I'll move into my Amaya troubleshooting
folder this time!
