I've had that happen several times. It's just a knack of sliding it back
into place. It took me a few times but you need to get the groove of the bar
between the female groove of the cap frame. It helps if you have the driver
bar to one of the edges, it makes it easier to put back into place. I also
made sure both of the grooves were wiped clean with an oiled cloth prior to
getting them back together.
