[amayausers] Re: need help with software

HI Sharon,
I took my training between the 1st and second machine, I have run metallic 
thread once, but have not been able to use that need again. Its happening on 
all 
threads.  Someone asked me if it has a popping noise right before the thread 
breaks, which it does.  I am suspecting greatly that its the rotary 
hook-what's your opinion on that?
