[amayausers] Re: need help with software

Rod,
This started last Wednesday, Some of my thread is ARC, some of it is isacord. 
 Some new, some old. 80/12 needles.  The house doesn't seem to be humid, 
airconditioner running.
a tech has never worked on this machine, just my first 1, I am in West 
Virginia.
