[amayausers] Re: need help with software

It could very well be Vicki. There could even be something so small as a
burr. The new hooks are rounded off now on the end just a little bit. I'd
contact Melco Tuesday morning and see what they suggest. From the sounds of
it, you have done all the trouble-shooting you can do on your own. They may
have to dispatch a tech--wish we were closer. Melco is very concerned with
issues in the field and will do whatever it takes to get/keep the machines
running. Once the machines get any bugs worked out, they seem to be like
the Maytag and just "keep on running"! We love ours. Good luck--just sorry
this is a holiday time for you.
