But I always have them bring me the material (cut oversized to what they need to allow room for adjustment) before sewing it together. I use 75/11 BPPD needles and generally try to stick with a fill stitch. I have done some with a satin stitch. Depends on what the design is. Vinyl is usually very stretchy and needs to be well stablized and will required a higher density number and wider stitch length to reduce pull and pucker. Plus I always sew these items at slower speeds around 600 to 700.
