Frank,
Send me the file. Look at the tie off stitches. Make sure they are long
enough that they are not getting filtered and that they have enough distance
between them so as not to leave a knot that can twist the thread and then
give bad trimming. What does you machine do sewing the TrimTest.exp design
supplied with the Amaya software. Does it trim properly on this design?

Subject: [amayausers] mistrims
I'm having some problems with mistrims on small lettering that I've
digitized.
Lettering is single line center at 12 point width and .28 high with tie in
and tie off. It happens inconsistently on different letters each time I run
it.
Any ideas? I'm wondering if it's me or the machine.
