We are licensed to sell the University of Wisconsin designs at 8%.  This is not 
one single design, it's a package of designs that they have licensed.  The 8% 
is in line with other Universities and some are up to 10% and maybe more.

We do a lot of work for the clubs and different departments within the 
university so they are exempt from the 8% fee.  If you will be doing this find 
out if the 8% is still due.

We pay an annual $550.00 to  renew our license, and any outside design orders 
have to be approved by the university and also the licensing company.  This is 
sometimes very slow and time consuming and record keeping is a must.

and and wondering if the 8% fee is high, low or a moderate charge for a 
licensed design.
