Yes - in Design shop and OS

In Design Shop
Select Tools
Select Options (in the Tools pulldown menu)
Select Measurement Units tab(in the Options popup window)
Select the radio button for cm for Hoops
Click Ok to close (& applies the change) the Options popup

Similar method in OS but I don't have OS up at this time, so I can't be
assured of the same titles, etc.

Hi, 

I have a really petty complaint and want to know if I can change how the
hoops are listed.  When I got my updated version of OS Software, the hoops
now come up in inch measurements instead of cm numbers, which I know them
by.  Now when I go to select a hoop, I have to show the whole list of the
round hoops and count down to select the correct hoop.  Is there a way I can
change them to show 9, 12, 18, etc....???
