I am frustrated! Yesterday I was having a lot of problems with birdnests under
the hoop and thread breaking so other half decided he needed to take the rotary
hook guides loose and take it all apart to clean it out. After that the breaks
were even worse. Would sew maybe 3 stitches and break - lots of nesting etc.
We discovered he had neglected to put the hook guard back in the gap at the top
of the bobbin case. Now the rotary hook timing is off and even with using the
manual on the cd we worked for 3 hours without being able to get the hook
timing lined back up. We would get the z axis to 200 and when we do the rotary
hook is way off to the right with the needle up. Its lined up right with the
hook down. Any suggestions? Ck
