I agree. If you can't get the logo down close enough to the bill then
remove the hoop limits and carefully trace. On visors if you get to close
to the bill then the bill will rub more on the back side of the needle plate
cause distortion and probably thread and needle breaks but you should be
able to get pretty close to the bill.
