[amayausers] help

Hello, need some help here. Was sewing out a design and she started sewing on
the wrong needles. once that happened there was no way we could get the # 16 to
sew as she is all mixed up. Was sewing another design and it stopped in the
middle of a color change and timed out and made strange noises. What should I
do?
