[amayausers] Re: flex fit hat

Here's another thought on the stiff constructed caps.  I was taught by 
my melco service manager/long time embroiderer to "rough up the crown of 
the cap" with your hands before hooping.  It only takes a minute and 
makes a great difference.  Rub and squish and twist the crown around and 
this allows you to soften (so to speak) the cap enough to really hoop 
tighter than normal.  I do this all the time on tons of caps and never 
have a problem with needle or thread breaks caused by the heavy 
constructed caps
