What most most folks are leaving out of the picture is that the 5 year plan is 
a "limited warranty."  This is pretty much like the warranty on an automobile 
these days.....some of the machine is covered for the full 5 years while other 
parts of the machine is covered for a shorter period of time....just like the 
auto manufactuers do...

But....for the "FIRST" 90 days after purchase of the machine(s) , travel AND 
parts AND labor for any defective issues will be covered 100%. After the 90 
days is over, then the customer will be responsible for travel costs for 
warranty work. The best thing to do if you have any questions,  is contact 
Melco and have them explain "exactly" what is covered and how the 5 year plan 
works....
