That would be cool the only problem is they are designed
then sold to a mass audience and many operating systems and
many machines and operating systems. many of the older
machine languages don't even have the ability to save
color sequences, Just another reason to go out and
hug your Amaya.

They truly are amazing machines and software
especially if you have used other older machines.

you really can get caught up in the minor glitches
you run across, but as a whole it really is a very
user friendly and easy way to be a quality embroiderer.

Whoa.. I just sounded like a commercial......

Dakota, when opened in DS would have the correct colors, (I don't care about

  Let me throw my 2 cents in here. After I open a factory type design in DS I 
pick the colors I need and enter them. When you send it to OS the colors are 
then displayed correctly. They are brought in from DS. The only glitch is if 
your OS is version 6 and DS is version 5. When saving back from 6 to 5 the 
colors are lost. This is to be corrected in the fall version of OS6 to my 
understanding. Confused now?
