Cindy,
You said you checked the thread feed rollers but did you change them?
Sometimes even if it doesn't look real worn if you change the roller it
fixes your problem. I go through around 100 rollers a month on my 3
AMAYA's.
Are you having trouble on a certain design and needle or is it on
everything? Sometimes certain elements of a design will cause a false
bobbin detect.
