Sandra,
I may get some feedback on this one but here is my two cents. I have not had 
very good results with the auto acti feed. My results vary from garment to 
garment. In short, I do not use it. I know the bobbin tension needs to be 
tighter but to get any results at all I have to set the bobbin so tight 
there is no drop to it no matter how hard I bounce it. If I do get it to run 
there is no way to duplicate the bobbin tension with out a tension gauge, 
which I do not have.
If it were me I would run the shirts on manual and practice with the 
actifeed elsewhere. Having said all that, changing your bobbin case to a new 
one may give you the results you are looking for. Certainly worth a try.
