I sounds like your density is not set low enough or not thick enough. I
just ran some hats with foam and the density was set at a 2. When at a 2 it
almost cuts the foam for you.

Subject: [amayausers] amayausers] Foam
Good Afternoon-
Does anyone running Amayas have tips on digitizing and running foam designs?
I have my first request and it is looking pretty good, but when I pull the
foam off, it is not a clean cut - there are jagged edges and pieces that
stick
up through the column or fill.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated - I need to have a sample and quote
together by tomorrow.
Thanks.
