That just happened to me Monday. I put the hoop on the machine, hit start, it
went 2 stitches and the hoop slammed to the right and snapped the thread. The
needle was waaaaay out of the hoop but didn't break. I had the same error
message. Hope it isn't a sign of things to come cuz my 2 year warrenty is up
in August. Never had to have a tech out but, sure as my warrenty runs out, it
will happen. I'd also like to know why the machine is doing this! THANKS for
