Does anyone else have a problem with the caps "popping" off the hoops when
running. This has been happening to me since day one and is very aggrivating.
I'm hooping them, clipping them and tucking the brim under the clip but still,
every once and a while, it comes loose and loses all registration. Please...
any suggestions are accepted. Thanks.
