I have always been happy with Melco's customer support, tech support, and 
training staff. I hope that whatever problems they are having, the decisions 
being made will keep them around for a long time. I wish them all the best and 
will continue to support them any way I can. Including, purchasing a 
maintenance agreement (which I have done).
