I have had great customer service from Melco since I bought my first
Amaya in 2004. The people that I placed orders with the Melco Mart
were always pleasant and helpful. The tech supportI have received
by phone has always been very professional and helpful. I have
always gotten prompt response from the service techs who came to
work on my Amaya and XT. I have had very few service calls since I
bought my first machine.
I certainly am NOT unhappy with Melco as a company.
