Computer processor should be fine but you really need to have a minimum of 512mb of RAM. The more RAM, the faster your computer will be. If you can expense 1GB of RAM, then do it. (You shouldn't need more than that.) www.crucial.com is a good place to start. They used to have free 2nd day UPS shipping for many years. I'm not sure if they still do that. 128mb of RAM is the bare minimum just to run Windows. DesignShop will probably work but it will be very slow if it does.
