  There is plenty of water to buy on the ship if you need to.  On embarkation 
if you try and bring any open bottle through the security lines they will throw 
it away no open containers allowed not even water.  You can put it in your 
luggage but you do run the risk of it breaking open and then your clothes get 
all wet which they will dry but it would be a pain.
   You are able to check wine in on embarkation however they will take it from 
you and store it and you will only be able to drink it at dinner time and their 
will be a cork fee for opening it.
