Pay the $100 per month. We had a problem with the grapper bar also - on 2 machines. It was under warrenty. They almost rebuilt one machine - puttingaway $100 per month would have never covered it. It's insurance - just like car or health. If you never need it, oh well! But if you do - thank God you're covered. We will never do without because you just don't know when a glitch will occur.
