Thanks for the info. The design is sewing out great, it is the Melco
Lettering, Micro Block CP @ .4 that is giving me fits. I am down to about 1
or 2 breaks per towel at this point. Which is still 2 too many.
It will be an all nighter since the towels will be handed out at a
tournament tomorrow morning.

I have found that some of these designs you get from great notions and other
places are too dense. You might need to use the design filter and take out
short stitches. Before we got our amayas, I had a digitizer that I thought
was good. When we got the amayas I changed to another one that had sent me
a card. The results were too much. this guy was so much better. Then i
found that a lot of my old designs from the other digitizer would have a lot
of thread breaks. I would have them redone by the new guy and they not only
looked better but they sewed better. Your digitizer plays a big part in how
well your designs sew out. Ask what kind of software they use and make sure
they are familiar with Amaya's
