[amayausers] Upgrading from Design Shop to Pro+

Hi Everyone:
I just decided to upgrade from regular Design Shop to Pro+ and I was wondering 
if the password has to come from the main office or if I am missing it on one 
of the pieces of paperwork we rec'd from them.  IF anyone could be of 
assistance, it would be greatly appreciated.
