Lift up the red roller and look under it. There is a plastic cover that goes over the rubber wheel roller that Tim is reffering to. After time the rubber will start to get a groove which will greatly effect the thread feed and cause thread breaks and false bobbin breaks. Properly digitized designs is another factor for thread breaks. I find some of the hardest designs to sew are stock designs that are not digitized right. Even stock designs need editing sometimes. Designs I have digitized by myself or my digitizer seem to run the best for me. You should be able to run any well digitized design on the AMAYA the same as any other machine. The items Tim mentioned are very important to proper sewing.
