Debbie, Just curious, what is the serial number on your machine? Amaya doesn't like excess density. Often stock designs are denser than necessary. When sewing a stock design the first thing I do is look at the fill and column density. If they are less than 4 I take a real close look at the design to see if it's needed. Most of the time I reduce density in stock designs by about 10%. If the thread breaks are always in the same place I look closely ate that part of the design and usually find an abundance of stitches, some of which have to be removed. I find that I have little trouble with designs that I have digitized. Some of which are very detailed. Also make sure youare using Organ needles and they are installed properly. Is the design you are having problems with a Dakota? I it is, Maybe I haveit. I can look at it and see if I have any problem with it.
