[amayausers] Re: Unsolved thread breakage problem

            I don't believe the direction which the thread comes off the
spool is a problem, if the correct twist is applied when the spool is wound
the thread should feed off the spool with no twists or tangles. The excessive
drag of the thread against the spool is the problem. A number of years ago
when this thread first came out I had called ARC and questioned them about
it, I was told "no one else was having this problem". I also found an issue
with the knots buried in the spools!

            Perhaps some machine issues can be corrected by switching thread
brands?
