Yes Frank, I do remember the problems you had last year.  I was having the 
same problems, however, I am on my THIRD replacement, and still having 
problems. 
 We talked to Mr. Payne back in May about just getting a refund, after the 
second replacement did not work out, and he said to give him one more chance.  
I 
was against the idea, but my husband agreed and said he trusted that Mr. 
Payne would not go against his word. 
I hope he stands by his word.  I'll keep everyone informed.  We should know 
something on Monday.
