[amayausers] T-shirt help

I need some help with a design I'm going to be sewing on a Gildan 8000 tee. 
The design includes two footprints in the center that I purcased online. 
I've added lettering (alot of it!) to the design and in order to keep it as 
a left chest size the lettering is at .201 (Micro Block CP), density is at 
4.7, short stitches off, no underlay, and a column width of 125 and stitch 
length of 18. Some of the letters need to be small case to fit everything 
into the design and I know this doesn't work so well with such small 
lettering. I'm using a layer of micro mess next to shirt and a layer of 
light tearaway to get it hooped tight. Machine is running at 900 spm, 
material thickeness of 6, higher than that really causes probs., a 70/10 BP 
that I just put in and Black ARC thread.
I'm getting some shredding and lettering that looks heavy in places and fine 
in others, depends on the letter. I sewed some other lettering for this same 
shirt, similar specs as the design and that sews pretty well.  I'd really 
like some tips specifically for the Amaya and the alpha I'm using if anyone 
has the time to respond.
