The size and type are pretty much up to the customer. Size also will depend on the towel. If doing just a monogram on a bath towel, the size would be 4 inches. On a hand towel it is 3 inches. If your just doing lettering then it would depend on what the customer wants. As far as the price, base it on number of stitches, rather than size at around $1 per thousand stitches. Use one layer of tear-away backing, solvy topping, and sharp needles not ball points.
As for the English. I've been speaking it all my life and I still ain't mastered it!
