Why do I get tails at the start of a design or when it starts sewing right 
after a trim that don't pull through to the back?  

And, why don't my changes in Design Shop Pro+ save when I save them?  If I 
change one thing in the name it will save, but if I just save under the same 
name, it doesn't always save the changes.
