[amayausers] Re: This is bad right?

We have 6 colors that are used in almost every design (red, white,  
bright blue, black, gold, yellow)
and have found the problems in the past with the needle rod seizing  
up-overheating and/or evaporating the
oil in the 'felt' pads, etc.-caused by having those colors side by  
side for large runs.
So we started spacing those out...now we are getting in the habit of  
moving them at least 4 needles down
every time we think of it...and have not had a single 'dry' seizeup yet.
