thx for the advice.  I don't think it would be an issue if the liner got cut 
out.  I don't think it would anyway since it's not a vinyl I believe, nylon 
maybe.
Do you think the fast frames would work sewing this?  The embroidery needs to 
be on the outside zipper "pouch/pocket" of a small tote bag.  I'm going to 
order the fast frames specifically for this since it's the only one with the 
right sewing field measurement.
