Is it wrong for AMAYA owners to be able to access viable and accurate info. I've been in the position of having a AMAYA machine go down and not be able to get tech support because the only tech available was on annual leave (and overseas) for 3 weeks.

Contact Melco and ask if they will send you (as a AMAYA owner) a copy of these discs - The answer will be a very blunt NO

The only people concerned with the info release are the techs themselves. Look at all the threads where machine owners have problems with their machines, isn't it better that the emergency info they have access to sourced from a Melco product?
