Cummon' guys, Everybody who purchases a machine from Melco receives a Parts Manual/Technical CD contained within their Operators Kit. Can't say this CD follows the machine everytime if sold from Melco customer to a third party but there is a Technical CD that comes with every machine when purchased from Melco. Ed Orantes -------------- Original message from "Kushnerick" <bkushner@xxxxxxxxxxxx>: -------------- Herb I understand that there can be some small changes made over the years but the basics for a particular model remain the same and I think a technical CD could still be a real asset for many Amaya owners. To me, the more we know and understand our machines, the better we can care for them. Have a great day. There are subtle changes being made all the time that would render them obsolete fairly quickly. The video being shown on U-Tube is a good example. This video is only applicable to an early (possibly pre-production) XT. Some of the components shown are not used in the later machines. Have a great day. Aaron and I have a good working relationship with corporate and would like to keep it that way. So - as I said - if someone wants to get the permission to post the information, and forward Aaron or me that permission please do so. I do not think at this point it's appropriate to post without that... Personally, when I was in training, I asked if the whole course (basic and also advanced) could be videoed as it would be a great refresher for techs who a) haven't been out in the field recently, or b) are performing a procedure that isn't all that common. To my knoledge, that has not been done yet. - - - John Yaglenski Levelbest Communications Levelbest Embroidery P: 301.591.2481 / 888.229.1779 F: 301.841.7602 I: levelbest.com / lbemb.com No virus found in this incoming message.
