There are 3 XT clamps and they are all 3.75" tall, the widths are 2.5", 3" and 
3.5".  Essentially it is a clamp with two windows and you loosen a black bolt 
at the top of them to open it up.  Then you slide in your garment and whatever 
backing you want to use and tighten it back down.  They work great for backs of 
hats, pockets, cuffs, ties, etc.  We also have a framing gauge for them; it 
screws onto a table like the cap framing gauge and you can use this to free up 
your hands so that you can get it in there nice and straight.
