YOU have to manually digitize it, there are a few ways, one is to use ragged
edge on the column to interface one color to the other, or by decreasing the
density gradually.

From personal experience the customer will not be happy unless the design is
a full back, if it's a left chest or cap it will be too busy and not be
clearly readable.

We discourage orders with fades for left chest or caps designs, it's a waste
of time.

Hi everyone,

My customer has given me a challenge and that is to embroider lettering That
has a "chiseled effect ' with 'blended fade' effect going from a light
colour to darker shade . Am wondering if anyone has done this before and
will be able to provide me with some guidiance as to how I can achieve such
an effect. Or is this an impossibility.
