[amayausers] Special lettering help needed

Hi everyone,

My customer has given me a challenge and that is to embroider lettering 
That has a "chiseled effect ' with 'blended fade' effect going from a light
colour to darker shade . Am wondering if anyone has done this before and
will be able to provide me with some guidiance as to how I can achieve 
such an effect. Or is this an impossibility.
