I lost the name of who called from Melco just now, was it Mike? or Jeff? I
don't know. Anyway, he suggested a solution to our problem about the OS auto
loading the last used design when turning on the machines. He said to go to
Commands and reset each head before turning off the machines at night. We will
be doing this from now on!
Thanks again for the phone call Mr 'Melco'!! It was great to know that our
problems are monitored like that! <<hugggssss>>
