We were having thread breaks a lot and switched thetie in & out to # 4.  This 
seam to do the trick.  We are having problems with little loops on small 
lettering, .5 to .75 inch.  Don't have problem on designs.  any sugestions? 
Tried tighter bobbin, no luck
