[amayausers] Re: Slim Line Clamp

I use the 12cm for regular hat backs, no backing hooped and slide tearaway under if needed. I do all my flexfit backs on my clamping system and slide double tearaway under while hooping.

Herb,

I use the 12cm hoop also but its always a struggle to get the hat hooped with out wrinkles. Flexfit hats give me the most trouble. I also get hoop burn. Do you use tear away on hat backs?

By the way, the guy loved the puff baseball design....

Mike,
The yellow top is the thicker of the 2. Use it for heavier items. The stainless top incorporates an edge/lip that places some tension on the garment. Use this one for lighter garments. Never done the backs on mine. I use a 12 cm hoop.

Is anyone using the Slim Line Clamp System? I just bought it with the round attachment. It came with a yellow top and a silver top. I have no idea what the silver top is for. I'm wanting to do hat backs, regular with buckles and velcro and flexfit hats. Does it work with flexfit hats?

Thanks
Mike
