Presser Foot is raised all the way up? WHat needle did you change to. Did you
try either a 80/12 or 70/10 sharp titanium if you have it?
How about backing. Are you using 2 layers of heavy tearaway backing and if you
are using the WACF is it long enough to reach each side so your cap is hooped
nice and solid?
