In addition to my DS software, I recently purchased Viking's new 4D 
Professional software.  One of the terrific new features is "Remove Overlap" 
when saving designs, as well as "Design Optimizer" which removes unnecessary 
stitches.  I would be happy to pull your design into the Viking software and 
see if I can help.
