Just finished sewing the satin for the banner - I'm quite pleased :) Thanks
to everyone for their tips to make me successful. Now the customer will
actually make the banner.

What I did (30,000 stitch)
washable satin - as heavy weight as I could get
Enlarged design by 15%, lettering by 20%
Decreased the fill & column density on the whole design
Increased the points on the lettering
Decreased the stitch length on the fills (from 60 to 50) - any a little more in
some areas
Backing - poly mesh,
"topping" - poly mesh with a whole cut out so design didn't sew through (to
protect the satin)
Inner hoop wrapped with "vet" wrap

Terri
