You can get them through this company but they won't sell wholesale. 
www.safetyline.com/ I think you get 20% off retail prices.

This company has some stock items and can custom make things as well (custom 
items take a while and there may be a min.).  I think they sell wholesale 
but I haven't ordered from them yet so I'm not sure.  One of my contract 
customers uses them and brought me a catalog.
