[amayausers] S.O.S.....PLEASE CALL!!!

I am having a problem.....
When I power up my Amaya software I have no info on right side...
no hoop selection option, no color selection options....
VANISHED!!!!
I reinstalled my operating system  but didn't change things.
What can I do?
I don't want to wit three hours to call Denver.
Is anyone up that can walk me through something to try?
